Eco Safari in the morning
Eco Safari operates in silent, 100% electric all-terrain vehicles, accompanied by a guide. These exceptionally quiet vehicles take you to natural areas inaccessible by other vehicles. This Eco Safari lasts approximately 2.5 hours and is suitable for anyone who loves nature! The guide will tell you about the island, its culture, and its history. During the Eco Safari, we'll specifically search for wildlife. Binoculars are provided, of course. The routes are largely unpaved and have been made available in collaboration with the Dutch Forestry Commission (Staatsbosbeheer). This safari is suitable for all ages, and birdwatchers and photographers will be in their element. Being able to remain silent at times is a plus. Did you know that even when the weather is less than stellar, you'll be amazed at how beautiful nature can be?

Location
The start is past the entrance of the Walvisvaarder hotel, from the parking lot behind the hotel.
Important to know
If you have difficulty walking, or if you want to bring your dog, please let the tourist office know. It's helpful if someone in your group has a driver's license. If not, please let the tourist office know as well. Check the weather forecast beforehand and dress accordingly, as the tour will still go ahead even if the weather is less than ideal.
