The office is open from 9 AM to 5:30 PM from Monday to Sunday.
The office can be reached by phone from Monday to Friday from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM and on Saturday from 10.00 AM to 4.00 PM.
Christmas Day, 25th of December closed, 26th of December open from 9 am to 5.30 pm. We are closed on January 1st.

You can reserve without a credit card.
When you make a reservation you can log in by your email address in Travelbase, booking module. Here you can find all the information about your reservation. Via Travelbase you will receive an invoice and possibly a reminder with a payment link.
If you book more than 9 weeks before arrival, you must transfer 30% of the rent within ten days to our bank account. The remaining payment will be made no later than 9 weeks before the arrival date.
If you book a last minute, you will pay the whole amount by booking.
A few days after your stay you will receive an e-mail from us asking for your experiences. Your assessment can be expressed in numbers and words, which are then placed (after a check) on our website. Completing the assessment takes only a few minutes.
Below the prices of a holiday home you can see which additional costs are charged. During the booking process you will see whether you pay these costs in advance or on arrival. This is also stated on your invoice.
During the booking you will see how much tourist tax you have to pay. Children under the age of 4 don't pay tourist tax.
Consumption of water, electricity and heating is included in the rent. If this is not the case, this is mentioned in the case of additional costs.
If everything is in order after your departure, then there are two possibilities for return of the deposit. This varies per apartment:
You can find available accommodations via the search engine on the homepage of the website.
You can select by destination, city, length of stay, number of people, month and arrival day. After confirming this search you can then further filter the selection by means of the various characteristics in the left column.
Another option is to type an accommodation name in the test box on the right side of the homepage. You can also search here by destination and holiday park.
Our current offer can be found via the search engine on the homepage. If you can not find suitable accommodation, please contact or contact telefoniach. We are happy to help you find a suitable accommodation.
If you have made a booking via the website, you will receive the booking confirmation of your stay via e-mail. If you book an accommodation on request, you will receive a response within two working days. Upon acceptance of an owner you will receive a reservation confirmation with the invoice by e-mail. If the application is rejected, you will receive an email with alternatives for the same period.
Via the 'search and book' module you can fill in whether a pet is coming along. You must tick the costs for this separately during the booking process.
On the page of the accommodation you can see how many people are allowed. It is not permitted to bring extra persons with you unless this is expressly stated (in the text, with the details or with the additional costs).
The maximum number of people allowed is indicated for each accommodation. This statement includes babies and children, unless it is explicitly stated that an extra baby is allowed on top of this number.
The rental conditions will be sent via a link with the reservation confirmation and you can find them at the bottom of the wesbite.
Provided no cancellation reason is known at this stage, you will be able to take out cancellation insurance within seven days of the booking date. Please feel free to contact us by telephone about us.
You will receive the key to your holiday residence from the owner / key holder / reception which is present on arrival, unless your booking confirmation states that you must pick up the key at a different location or have agreed otherwise with the owner.
The 'characteristics' of the accommodation on the website state whether smoking is permitted or not. In general it is not allowed anymore.
The arrival and departure times can be found on the page of the accommodation and at the bottom of your booking confirmation.
You can contact the key holders of your holiday accommodation. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation.
If you, as the main person making the booking or main guest, have agreed to these conditions and confirmed the booking details, a screen message stating that the booking is final will be displayed, so concluding the contract online via our website. Immediately after the booking, VVV Terschelling sends confirmation by e-mail to the main guest. The confirmation is deemed to have reached the main guest when he/she could have read it, or when he/she can reasonably be deemed to have read it. We wish to point out that bookings that you make via our website are final. The statutory cooling-off period provided for in the Dutch Distance Selling Act (Wet koop op afstand) does not apply to the travel contract that you conclude via our site.
You can cancel your reservation against the applicable travel conditions.
