You've never quite seen Terschelling until you've tapped the Dwarsdijk. To find the Dwarsdijk you go up the Hoofdweg and drive towards Oosterend. If you can go no further and have reached the point where the "inhabited world" ends, this is where the nature reserves the Takkekooi and Boschplaat begin. Here you must see the sun rise once. So follow the main road and "tap it!".
