A complete holiday! A Yoga Walking session brings balance. You will immediately feel fitter, happier and more flexible. During the walk you will do simple and surprising exercises that are suitable for everyone. In this way, the yoga principles are introduced in a playful way – fun, surprising, sometimes even a little exciting. Everyone from 8 to 80 years old who can handle a walk of up to 7 kilometers is very welcome. You always book for two consecutive days: Fridays: 4 hours and Saturdays: 3 hours (only in July and August) Experience together Share this special experience with your partner, a friend, your neighbors at the campsite, or with the whole family! Children from 8 to 14 years old are welcome and often find Yoga Walking very enjoyable. An unforgettable family activity. About the instructor Mark van Maaren graduated from the Academy for Physical Education in 1993 and has many years of experience in teaching various groups. In 1990 he received a Nuffic grant to conduct research in Asia into healing forms of movement such as Tao Yoga and Chi Kung/Qi Gong in Taiwan, and Yoga in India. The vitalizing effect of Yoga Walking is unmistakable: activity and rest merge into a natural, powerful experience.
