Relaxed, educational & surprisingly delicious A program that fills the afternoon or evening in which we — while eating and drinking — get to know the basics of wine culture, production and wine-food combinations in an accessible way. No dry stories about vintages, southern slopes or charming winegrowers with moustaches in a Deux Chevaux. Instead, you discover the how, what and why of good (and less good) combinations in a tasty way. Why does something work? Why not? In three hours you will taste 10 carefully selected wines, accompanied by 11 small, surprising dishes. The wines remain a surprise — you can already view the menu. Afterwards you will be completely satisfied — culinary and substantive — and you will never look at your glass or plate in the same way again.
