Wad canoe trip to the seals
The wad canoe trip to the seal bank is one of the most special ways to actively explore the Wadden Sea. Together with the instructors from MooiWeer you will sail along the island, towards the seals. The activity starts from the Groene Strand on West-Terschelling. With the Brandaris in the background, you will experience the beautiful Wadden Sea UNESCO World Heritage in a unique way. After a good hour of sailing you reach the sandbar between Vlieland Terschelling where all the seals are sunbathing. They often come within a meter of your canoe! It promises to be an unforgettable journey. Duration of the tour is 3 hours.

NB. Please note that this tour is highly weather dependent. If there is too much wind and waves, they will contact you at least three hours before the start of the tour. Need a canoe? Then book 1 adult. Minimum age is 15 years. Duo seat is for 2 people (adult plus adult or an adult plus 1 child from 12 years).
