Important to know
Tickets are valid until 15 minutes before departure. The boat departs on time; you must be present 15 minutes before the start of the excursion! Refunds are non-refundable. There is a cozy canteen downstairs where food and drinks are available. It is not permitted to bring your own food and drinks on board.
