Tickets are valid until 15 minutes before departure. The boat departs on time; you must arrive 15 minutes before the tour starts! Refunds are non-refundable. Your dog is welcome. Downstairs, there's a cozy canteen where food and drinks are available. Bringing your own food and drinks on board is prohibited.
