On clear nights you can even see the breathtaking Milky Way. The Boschplaat on Terschelling is even officially recognized as a Dark Sky Park. Enjoy the beautiful transition from twilight to starry splendor as you walk. Along the way you can listen to true stories about the Living Dunes of Oosterend, told by Marloes Fopma of Eilandmeisje, who shares her love for Terschelling as a story catcher with her company. These stories give you a deeper context to the landscape, so that the dunes become more than just sand and beach grass! Let yourself be enchanted by this special experience full of island stories and make your walk rich in stories. The stories told already offer you a lot of experience. Difficulty ** For all ages from 8 years, provided you are in good condition. This walk involves walking through the dunes. So through the sand and up and down. Island stories - Dark Sky - Beachcombers - Living Dunes. This twilight walk is suitable for (young) adults and children from - + 8 years. Duration: approximately 2 hours. Distance: approximately 2.5 km, up and down through the dunes, an average condition is required and you must be able to walk well! Participation is at your own risk.
