Be amazed and enriched by the stories of the polder and the mudflats. While you walk through the polder and along the edges of the mudflats, you will encounter countless birds. But which birds do you see and what is their fascinating story? During this walk, Marloes Fopma, storyteller from Terschelling, will take you along and tell you all about the birds, the polder landscape, Oosterend, traditions and the mudflats. Marloes wrote the books Birds of the Wadden, 25 stories & Wadden Sea ABC that you can take with you afterwards. She has written it in such a way that you read a story and at the same time learn a lot about Wadden birds and the Wadden Sea with beautiful illustrations by Frans Schot. They previously made the Terschelling ABC picture book together. Duration: approximately 1.5 hours Suitable from approximately 8 years. Meeting point: in front of Marloes' house.
