The UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea is celebrating its 16th anniversary on Saturday 28 June 2025 during the Day of the Wadden Sea. Visit Wadden and the Wadden Association are organising a breakfast on the dike together with local entrepreneurs at various locations in the Wadden area. On Terschelling, Chef Flang will provide breakfast at a unique location on the Wadden Sea. Enjoy local products at this special location. After breakfast, anyone who wishes can join a Wadden Sea guide from the Wadden Association on a walk across the dike and we will show you how special the Wadden nature is that requires our protection.
