Ecstatic Dance is dancing freely, your way. Turning, jumping, moving or lying on the floor: you express your feeling in the moment. There is no right, no wrong, no pass, no moves. Feel and experience all your emotions. Get to know new music, new people, and above all: yourself! Observe your emotions and blockages. Barefoot in the sand at sunset. The walk-in is from 19.30, so you can land for a while. There is water and tea available. Starts at 20.00 duration 1.5 hours.

Wednesday evening in Midsland aan Zee, at beach pavilion De Branding. You can pay via a payment request. Just bring a towel. If there are enough participants, registration is important. We dance barefoot, so wear whatever makes you feel free and beautiful. We don't talk during the dance, our phones are turned off, and we're temporarily unavailable.
