Enjoy a delicious Wadden Sea dinner with flavors from the magnificent Wadden Sea. This dinner at sea will surprise you with a wealth of delicacies from the North Sea and the Wadden Sea. While you help hoist the sails for a delightful cruise across the Wadden Sea, the team from Lokaal Terschelling will prepare a three-course dinner for you, including an amuse-bouche, in the galley of the magnificent sailing ship "De Toekomst." And the best part: while enjoying this dinner at sea, you'll be amazed by the beautiful mudflats! With a bit of luck, you'll even see seals relaxing on the sandbank. Here's a glimpse of the ingredients used: from locally caught fish to oysters and cockles gathered locally, from samphire to sea aster, from sea lettuce to sugar kelp. And all this is framed by vegetables and dairy from the Wadden region. This area has so much to offer. Good to know: Almost everything is sourced locally, harvested, picked, gathered, and caught. They cook according to the 80/20 principles of Dutch Cuisine, and leftovers are repurposed for other uses.
