Hop on your bike to the Wadden Dike, put on some old shoes, and go. At low tide, the Wadden Association guide will take you to the bottom of the Wadden Sea, teeming with life. Do you dare to hold a mudflat pier? Have you ever tasted sea lettuce? Do you know why the mudflats smell of sulfur and iron? Prepare to be surprised.
