Meneer Wiem and Marieloes are performing the puppet show *De Mopperkont* (The Grump) at ONS HUIS in West-Terschelling. It is an intimate puppet show featuring plenty of music and interaction. He no longer wants to play; all he does is grumble. Whether Teun the dog brings a ball, Rooster invites him to fly a kite, or Stoffel the turtle wants to blow bubbles together, Duck always says "No"! His friends do their best to cheer Duck up, but to no avail; Duck just keeps grumbling. They are completely baffled... until something extraordinary happens!
