Our tourist information office is open every day from from 8.45 AM to 5.30 PM. It is located on the quay, just across the ferry port. You will find it at the top of the stairs, behind the large chestnut tree. Here, you can find general information about Terschelling, walking and cycling routes, assistance with booking excursions and accommodations, and a selection of charming souvenirs. You can also recharge your public transport chip card with us.

The information desk is open from Monday to Sunday from 8.45 AM to 5.30 PM. On Sundays in November, December, January, February, and March, we open from 11 a.m (except for the Bear Run weekend and Christmas holidays).
