Camping Willemsplak is located on the south side of Hoorn. There are several restaurants such as de Reis, Zonneweelde and de Koegelwieck. At Ben van Alles you can get bread and other foodstuffs. You can rent a bicycle from Tom Terpstra and take a beautiful covered wagon ride through the forest, dunes and on the beach at covered wagon company Terpstra. It is a 5-minute walk to the forest, via the badweg you reach the Hoorner family beach, only accessible by bicycle. There is a very attractive beach pavilion; Cape Horn. The campsite is very quietly located and offers a unique panoramic view.
