Sander, Michel, and their team take guests on a culinary journey inspired by northern cuisine and the rhythm of the seasons. The restaurant offers surprise menus of three to six courses, where nature dictates the menu. Terschelling ingredients form the foundation wherever possible; what can't be found on the island is supplemented with carefully selected products from the rest of the Netherlands. While the cuisine is rooted in the north, subtle influences from other continents are not shied away from. The result is a menu that feels familiar, yet always manages to surprise.
Vegetarian menus are available. We currently do not offer vegan dishes. Pets are not allowed.
