The Path to Paal 3 is a beautiful and occasionally narrow path. It leads through high bushes and at some point you hear that there is water somewhere behind those bushes, but you don't see it. If you turn left and climb up the dune ("de Witte Kop") you have a great view. You can see the lake beautifully and to the other side you can see the island of Vlieland looking over the valley.
