Here, Jan-Willem Zeilstra makes various types of Terschellinger cheese in a traditional way. Every year, approximately 100,000 kg of Terschellinger cheese finds its way to home sales, Terschellinger shops and restaurants and various natural stores in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg.
