Onder de Pannen is a café-restaurant on the edge of Midsland and has become a regular address for many to visit. Much is cooked with local ingredients and there are various island delicacies on the menu. For example, a côte de boeuf for two people from the islander Hereford is regularly served, there is a fish tasting from the island and you can enjoy the delicious Terschellinger tiramisu. The kitchen crew, led by Pieter Tjepkema, prepares the tastiest dishes with love. Can't choose the card? Then go for the chef's four-course menu, which is often served outside the menu. Onder de Pannen has its own vegetable garden, where all kinds of vegetables and herbs are grown. You will of course find this on the board.
