Arriva provides pleasant transport with fully electrically powered buses. The driver always knows where you need to be, it's that easy! There is always a bus when the boat arrives and the bus back connects with the departing boats. Night buses also run during the summer period. You can buy a ticket on the bus with a PIN, travel with an OV chip card or buy an e-ticket online. As of March 7, it is possible to check in and out with a debit card, credit card or smartphone with which you can pay contactless on Arriva buses in Friesland and the Wadden Islands. Checking in and out with a debit card, credit card or smartphone only works at full rate. Arriva also provides tours and group transport, for example for weddings.
