Apartment Wad is equipped with modern comforts and amenities. Located on a charming street in Oud-West, Wad sleeps four. The apartment features underfloor heating, a spacious walk-in shower, a three-seater leather sofa and two armchairs, a TV with Netflix (no subscription required), and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. There are two separate bedrooms with two single box-spring beds (90x200 cm). A washing machine is located in a separate room.

The Wind, Wad and Water apartments are located at Commandeurstraat 20 in West-Terschelling and have recently been renovated. It is less than a 2 minute walk from the ferry. All apartments have a separate entrance. If you are staying in one of our comfortable apartments, West-Terschelling is your base. After the ferry has transported you from Harlingen across the Wadden Sea, you will arrive at your apartment in a maximum of five walking minutes. Nice terraces and restaurants are always nearby in West-Schylge, which is the largest village on the island with more than 3,000 inhabitants. The Brandaris lighthouse, which has been watching over Terschelling since 1594, towers above the typical islander houses everywhere. Did you know that the Brandaris also serves as a wedding location? In West you should definitely not miss a visit to Museum 't Behoudt Huys. Here you can learn everything about the history, culture, seafaring and life of the most famous Terschelling: explorer Willem Barentsz.

Special about this accommodation
Anyone spending their holiday in Wad will want for nothing. The apartment is situated on a quiet residential street, just a minute and a half walk from the ferry. A short walk of two streets will take you to the charming village with its lovely terraces and restaurants. While Apartment Wad doesn't have a terrace, it does have a pleasant mosaic pavement at the front of the house where you can enjoy a cup of coffee, just like the islanders do.

Apartment Wad is located at Commandeurstraat 20-I. The entrance is at the front of the building. It is less than a 2-minute walk from the ferry. The Water and Wind apartments are also part of this recently renovated building. All apartments have their own entrance. Rates include final cleaning and tourist tax. The apartment is not available for persons under 23 years old, without a parent in the same apartment.

Introduction
We are the Hoek family and live in Harlingen. From there we rent out our accommodations and those of our family on Terschelling. We regularly return to our beloved island of Terschelling to enjoy the peace and nature, and not to forget the beautiful beach. We ourselves regularly stay in one of our apartments, so that we can keep an eye on and are able to maintain the apartments. Management on Terschelling: We have several managers on the island, their contact details are in the apartment so that you can reach them during your stay. They take care of the management of the accommodations and are the point of contact during your stay for questions, malfunctions and calamities on the island and take care of the final cleaning.
