Holiday home Schavuit is a new, comfortable and modern furnished holiday home, suitable for up to 6 people and a baby. Very quietly situated in the forest in the middle of Terschelling, just behind the dune area of Midsland Noord. In the living room (50 m²) you will find a corner sofa and an armchair with a 4K HDR OLED Smart TV, a Sonos Arc Soundbar and a Sub subwoofer. There is a round dining table with six chairs. The living room has sliding doors to the terrace at the sitting area and at the dining room. The open kitchen has a kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso machine with milk frother, toaster, citrus press, mixer, all from Smeg. There is also a refrigerator, separate freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and an induction hob with extractor hood. In the hall on the north side of the Schavuit there is a separate toilet with washbasin. The holiday home has 3 bedrooms, all of which have 2 single beds with single duvets. All beds are Swiss Sense beds (size 80 x 200 cm). There is one bedroom on the ground floor with a separate shower, bath, washbasin with bathroom furniture. The other two bedrooms are on the upper floor with each bedroom having its own shower, washbasin with bathroom furniture. There is a separate toilet with washbasin on the upper floor. There is a high chair and a cot available as standard. On the terrace by the sliding door there is an 8-person lounge set (garden chair cushions available). On the west side there is a separate terrace with a patio table and chairs suitable for 8. The entrance on the south side has a storage room to store beach equipment, toys, stroller, coats and boots. The washing machine and dryer are available in the storage room on the upper floor. The holiday home is self-sufficient (solar panels) and is evenly heated or cooled by means of a heat pump. All rooms can be set to your own preference. The holiday home is child-friendly. Pets are not allowed. Final cleaning is included. Free WiFi is available. The total surface of the holiday home is 125 m². Holiday home Schavuit is situated on a large private plot of 1200 m2, which gives it a very spacious garden all around. In the garden there is a swing for the children. The accommodation is non-smoking.
