The house was completely renovated in the spring of 2025 and equipped with all modern conveniences. A private path leads directly to the sea. Layout & Amenities: The house sleeps 6 and combines comfort with stunning views over the dunes and towards the sea. Living Room: Spacious corner sofa, armchair, and wicker chair, wood-burning stove, smart TV, Sonos sound system, plenty of natural light, and a view. Dining Area: Round table with 6 chairs. Kitchen: Open-plan and fully equipped with an induction cooktop, Quooker, Nespresso machine, toaster, immersion blender, refrigerator with freezer, and dishwasher. Plenty of space for storing groceries. Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Bedroom 1 (first floor, 14 m²): double bed (180x210), spacious wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Built-in wardrobe with hanging and storage space. Bedroom 2 (downstairs, 14 m²): double bed (180x210), sink with vanity and mirror. Built-in wardrobe with hanging and storage space. Located on the north side, with sliding doors leading to the terrace where a luxurious picnic table has been placed. Bedroom 3 (downstairs, 22 m²): double bed (180x210), sink with vanity and built-in wardrobe, located on the west side. On the ground floor, there is a second bathroom with a walk-in shower and towel radiator. There is also a separate toilet. All beds have single duvets and Walra cotton bed linen. Upon arrival, everything will be ready for you, including a large (140 x 70 cm) and a small towel (100 x 50 cm) per person and kitchen linens. Outdoor space - Enjoy three different terraces: South side: large dining table with 8 chairs. North side: luxurious picnic table with a view of the sunset over the sea. West side: balcony with a sea view, for the most beautiful sunsets.
