Lepton Holiday Home – Comfortable, single-story accommodation in the dunes Lepton is situated on the edge of the dunes in West aan Zee and offers plenty of privacy and space. The house is entirely on one level, newly built, and excellently insulated to the latest standards. Thanks to the solar control glass and underfloor heating, it's a pleasant stay in any season. Layout & Amenities The accommodation is suitable for 4 people and is modernly furnished. Living room (35 m²): ceramic parquet flooring, a comfortable 4-seater sofa, two armchairs, and a cozy wood-burning stove. French doors provide direct access to the terrace. Kitchen: open-plan and fully equipped with an induction cooktop and integrated extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer (3 drawers), Quooker, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, hand blender, citrus juicer, and toaster. Bedrooms & Bathroom Bedroom 1: double bed (2 x 90x205 cm Auping Maestro mattresses). Bedroom 2: Adult bunk bed (90x200 cm) with wide stairs and an extra pull-out bed underneath. The bathroom features a spacious walk-in rain shower and two sinks. There is a separate toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. All rooms have underfloor heating. Additional comfort: mosquito screens on the patio doors and bedroom windows. Outdoor space - Southwest terrace: spacious terrace with a large table and 6 chairs. - Dune seat: raised seating with a beautiful view of the dunes. - East side: bench where you can enjoy the sun in the morning and the cool shade in the evening. There is a private parking space and a charging station for electric cars with a charging card. There is a power outlet on the terrace and at the charging station where you can charge an electric bicycle. The accommodation is not suitable for pets or children under 5 years of age.
