Bungalow Top is a stone bungalow located in the middle of the dune area of Midsland aan Zee with an unobstructed view towards West aan Zee. The bungalow is located in the middle of a natural dune area, covered with marram grass, sea buckthorn, rosehip and many other flowers, plants and trees/shrubs. The living room has an adjacent south-facing terrace. The sheltered sun terrace is directly accessible from the living room. The separate dining room overlooks a beautiful dune landscape to the west. There is a round table with 6 chairs. The living room is 25 m2 and has a laminate floor. There is a two-seater sofa and a comfortable armchair. It is also equipped with digital TV from Ziggo and wifi. The open kitchen is located on the north side of the sitting room and is equipped with: a 6p gas stove (Smeg) with two ovens, a separate fridge/freezer combination (Smeg), dishwasher, coffee maker. and fully furnished. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink with hot and cold running water. The washing machine is also located here. The bedrooms are on the ground floor. 1. 9.25 m2 1 x double bed (180x200) mattress sizes 90x200, 2 x single duvet 2. 9.45 m2 1 x double bed (180x200) mattress sizes 90x200, 2 x single duvet 3. 6.90 m2 1 x 2 person bunk bed. There is laminate on the floor. The bedrooms on the east side have a chest of drawers with a sink with hot and cold water. The bedroom with bunk beds has a chest of drawers and a sink with cold water. Linen, towels and kitchen linen are required to rent. Bed linen € 10 per set, towel package (bath towel, towel and washcloth) for € 5 per person and kitchen linen (1 x tea towel, 1 x towel and dish cloth) for € 3.50 and this will be indicated in the booking process. There is no children's furniture in the accommodation. You can bring this yourself or rent it on the island. The bungalow is suitable for 4 adults and 2 children. The sheltered terrace faces south. There is a 6-person lounge sofa on the terrace. Parking is free and is possible in the parking lot (200 meters) or at the foot of the dune entrance (20 meters). The outdoor area is mainly covered with diverse flora. Smoking is not allowed and pets are considered.
