Bungalow Top is a stone bungalow situated in the heart of the dune area of Midsland aan Zee, with unobstructed views towards West aan Zee. The bungalow is nestled in a natural dune area, covered with beachgrass, sea buckthorn, rosehips, and many other flowers, plants, and trees/shrubs. The living room opens onto an adjoining south-facing terrace. The sheltered sun terrace is directly accessible from the living room. The separate dining room overlooks a beautiful dune landscape to the west. There is a round table with 6 chairs. The living room is 25 m² and has laminate flooring. There are two two-seater sofas and a comfortable armchair. The open-plan kitchen is located on the north side of the living room and is equipped with a 6-burner gas stove (Smeg) with two ovens, a separate fridge/freezer (Smeg), a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and is fully equipped. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink with hot and cold running water. The washing machine is also located here. The bedrooms are on the ground floor. 1. 9.25 m² 1 double bed (180x200 cm), mattress size 90x200 cm, 2 single duvets 2. 9.45 m² 1 double bed (180x200 cm), mattress size 90x200 cm, 2 single duvets 3. 6.90 m² 1 double bunk bed. The flooring is laminate. The bedrooms on the east side have a chest of drawers with a sink. The bedroom with the bunk bed has a chest of drawers and a sink. Linens, towels, and kitchen towels are required to be rented. There is no children's furniture available at the accommodation. You can bring your own or rent it on the island. The bungalow is suitable for 4 adults and 2 children. The sheltered terrace faces south and features a 6-person lounge sofa. Parking is free and available in the parking lot (200 meters) or at the foot of the dune access (20 meters). The outdoor area is mainly planted with diverse flora. A maximum of one pet is permitted. Smoking is not permitted.
