There is also a toilet and a bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and a walk-in shower. All bedrooms have mosquito screens. In the basement, with its own entrance, are the storage room/garage and a Finnish sauna. There is an outdoor shower (cold) at the entrance to the basement. The eastern terrace has a dining table with a parasol and two loungers. The west terrace is furnished with a lounge set, a large dining table, and a Weltevree outdoor stove (wood-fired). In summer, shade cloths can be installed to protect against the heat and strong sunlight.
