The holiday home is sustainably built and equipped with a ground-source heat pump and solar panels, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate in both summer and winter. For added ambiance and warmth, there is a wood-burning stove in the living room. The interior is stylish, peaceful, and comfortable. Peaceful location in the dunes of Terschelling The house is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in the dune area of Midsland aan Zee. New natural landscaping has been planted around the house, ensuring plenty of privacy and a beautiful, green atmosphere. There are two spacious terraces where you can enjoy the outdoors in peace. Spacious living room and luxury kitchen: Through the entrance, you reach the hall and access to the basement. The hall also features a coat rack and a toilet. The bright and inviting living room features a comfortable seating area with a corner sofa and three armchairs, a wood-burning stove, and a wide windowsill where you can enjoy the view of the dunes. The spacious open-plan kitchen is equipped with luxury appliances, including a Quooker, and has plenty of tableware. This makes the holiday home ideal for guests who enjoy cooking and dining at leisure. There are also plenty of books and games available. Bedrooms and bathrooms: On the ground floor, you'll find the master bedroom with a double Auping bed (180 x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: * A spacious bedroom with a double Auping bed (160 x 200 cm), a washbasin, and a box bed (80 x 200 cm). * Two bedrooms, each with two single Auping beds (90 x 200 cm). This floor also features a second toilet and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in shower, and washbasin. All bedrooms have mosquito screens. Sauna, outdoor shower, and outdoor living: In the basement, with its own entrance, there is a storage room/garage and a Finnish sauna. You can charge your electric bicycle in the garage. A cold outdoor shower is located at the basement entrance, ideal after a sauna visit or a walk on the beach. The eastern terrace is furnished with a dining table, parasol, and sun loungers. The western terrace has a lounge set, a large dining table, and a Weltevree wood-burning outdoor stove. Shade cloths can be placed here in the summer.
