Holiday home 't Geitenplak is a fully furnished 4-person holiday home on Terschelling, at the entrance to the rural village of Hoorn. 't Geitenplak is one of the eight holiday homes in the new construction project De Worf. 't Geitenplak is the middle house in a row of four houses. The house consists of 3 floors. You enter through the hallway into the eat-in kitchen with a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, kettle, citrus juicer, toaster, filter coffee machine, combination microwave, hob, refrigerator, and dishwasher. It also includes extras such as an iron with ironing board, washing machine, and dryer. Wi-Fi is very good in all rooms. There is a separate toilet in the hallway. On the first floor, a cozy living room is furnished with a second TV, Bluetooth speaker, and a gas fireplace for extra warmth and coziness. There is a 2.5-seater and a 2-seater sofa, as well as a separate, comfortable armchair by the fireplace. Extra light comes in through the spacious loft. On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms, each containing a double (box spring) bed. However, there are 2 separate mattresses (2 x 90 x 200 cm). Linens consist of bed linen, towels, and kitchen linen. A cot is available, along with a high chair and stair gates. The bathroom features a double sink, a bathtub, and a separate shower. The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating. You may bring one pet. Drinking and feeding bowls are provided. Please bring your own basket or blanket. 't Geitenplak is located on the outskirts of Hoorn, a stone's throw from the De Koegelwieck nature reserve and the Hoornse Bos. The garden is completely enclosed. Furthermore, you can make use of the bicycle storage with a charging point for electric bicycles. The sunny garden faces southeast, close to the De Koegelwieck nature reserve and the Hoornse Bos, and not far from the beach, polder, and Wadden Sea dike. Within walking distance are various cozy restaurants, bicycle rental companies Bakker or Terpstra, and the Zonneweelde playground.
