Spathoek is a detached modern 4-person holiday home (split level) in Midsland Noord. There is a spacious garden around the house, enclosed by trees and shrubs with lots of privacy. There is always sun or shade to be found. Spathoek is located on the border of meadows and the Landerumerheide. At Midsland Noord, near the Formerumer forest. The distance to the beach and mudflats is approximately 1500 meters. The villages of Midsland and Formerum are a few minutes' cycling distance away. The house has recently been modernized. One pet is welcome upon consultation. Spathoek is part of a small, intimate holiday park “de Bosch” of 11 holiday homes. There is a private parking space at the house. Charging stations for electric cars are located 1 km from the house. As soon as you enter the house, a carefree holiday can really begin. Through the entrance you enter the hall, the toilet is located right next to the front door, the bathroom has a luxurious walk-in rain shower and a spacious sink. The washing machine and dryer are in the utility room. You enter the spacious, bright living room via two steps. The cozy seating area overlooks the garden and is equipped with a large flat-screen smart TV with extensive Ziggo package and a DAB radio. The modern kitchen-diner is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, convection oven, microwave, fridge-freezer combination, Nespresso machine and filter coffee maker. Via a staircase to the basement you reach the two spacious bedrooms. The bedrooms both have a double bed. An Auping and a box spring bed. The beds have single pocket spring mattresses and single duvets. There is an extra sleeping chair in one of the bedrooms. Children's furniture is available: a Stokke flexi bath, two cots, two high chairs and a buggy. There is a stair gate for the stairs to the basement. No time to be bored. There are games and books available, including about Terschelling. For a wonderful outdoor stay, there is garden furniture with a parasol and a barbecue.
