Holiday home Scorpius is a four-person cottage of 40 m2, suitable for families with young children or the elderly. This house was renovated in the fall of 2022. The bedroom will be larger so that you can walk around the bed and the other bedroom will become 2 low beds. The floor bed is removed. The house is larger in surface area and therefore equivalent to a cottage. The house has central heating and WiFi. The living room has a seating area with a 2-seater sofa and 2 armchairs, a digital TV, DVD player and a radio with CD player. The open kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, extractor hood, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and a dining area with 4 chairs. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and a design radiator. The toilet is separate. There are two bedrooms. A bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00) with new single mattresses and a bedroom with a floor bed (0.80 x 2.00). The beds have single duvets and pillows. You can provide a cot and/or high chair free of charge when booking. The baby is counted as a person. The house has its own terrace with garden furniture. The car can be parked in the central parking lot.
