Apartment Medius is a beautiful 4-person apartment with a central south-facing terrace, overlooking the garden and playground. The kitchen of Medius is equipped with a dishwasher, combination microwave and a fridge/freezer. The bathroom shower/toilet has underfloor heating. Bedroom 1 has two single box spring beds that can easily be pushed together and connected if desired. In this bedroom there is room for a cot. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. The bedrooms have a washbasin. Medius has the advantage of a hall between the living room/kitchen and the bedrooms, which limits noise transmission. All 4 apartments are the same in facilities such as HD TV, free Wi-Fi, dishwasher, etc. The bathrooms have recently been completely renovated and have underfloor heating. There are also mosquito nets on all windows. There is a covered bicycle shed where it is possible to charge an electric bicycle. There is also a launderette where you can wash and dry for a small fee. There are also sufficient washing lines. Hoeve Stortum is very suitable for families with children, because there is a large playing field on the south side with a trampoline, sandpit, football field and in 2016 new certified play equipment was installed.
