Apartment Medius is a beautiful 4-person apartment with a central south-facing terrace, with a view over the garden and playground. Bedroom 1 has two single box spring beds that can be easily pushed together and can be connected if desired. In this bedroom there is room for a cot. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. The advantage of Medius is a hall between the living room/kitchen and the bedrooms, which limits sound transmission. All 4 apartments are equal in amenities such as HD TV, free wifi, dishwasher etc. The bathrooms have recently been completely renovated and have underfloor heating. Screens have also been installed on all windows. There is a covered bicycle shed where it is possible to charge an electric bicycle. There is also a launderette where you can wash and dry for a small fee. Sufficient washing lines are also available. Hoeve Stortum is very suitable for families with children, because there is a large playing field on the south side with a trampoline, sandpit, football field and new certified play equipment was installed in 2016. There are also various outdoor toys for young and old. The playing field is so ideally located that the south-facing terraces are not hindered by this, but parents can keep an eye on the children.
