The forest, the sea, and the charming village of Midsland are within easy reach. De Koninginnenpage is situated at the small-scale bungalow park 'De Bosch', with parking available. The accommodation is located directly at the park entrance and is separated by a beautiful hedge that ensures plenty of privacy. There is a large garden surrounding the property, with both sunny and shady spots. The bungalow has recently undergone a makeover with much new furniture, and the 'Koninginnenpage' has been renovated. The spacious 87m² home features a bright living room with an open kitchen. The home is equipped with a Smart TV with Netflix and ESPN. A Chromecast is also connected so you can stream your own programs if you wish. There is a radio, connected analog and digital, with a USB connection. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a new dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, combination microwave/oven, citrus juicer, and sandwich maker. There is a generous supply of pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, and other accessories to enjoy cooking. The bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, a double sink with an illuminated and heated mirror, a wall-mounted toilet, and a towel radiator. Two bedrooms are located in the basement. The bedrooms are situated partially below ground level, ensuring a pleasantly cool temperature, especially in the summer. The first bedroom contains a double bed (box spring), a sink, a flat-screen TV, and a large built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom contains a double bed with a single mattress, a sofa, a large wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV. The triple-glazed windows are fitted with fly screens.
