Sailing to Terschelling. Do you want to participate in the Bear Run in 2024? Choose a special return trip and stay on a clipper in the most beautiful harbor in the Netherlands. - Including crossings to and from Terschelling with the Vriendentrouw on November 8 and 11 (a possible ferry ticket is not included) - Overnight stay of 2 or 3 nights in a 2-person cabin - Including 2 or 3x breakfast - Including bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax - Excluding Bear Run tickets On Friday you are expected on board around 9:00 am on the Vriendentrouw, a beautiful and well-sailing clipper, on which you will stay and spend the night during the weekend. Depending on the tide, you will sail towards Terschelling around 12:00. The journey takes approximately 4 hours. The expected arrival time will be around 4:00 PM. You can help hoist the sails or enjoy the World Heritage around you. On Saturday you will have breakfast on board and you can explore Terschelling for the rest of the day. On Sunday you will have breakfast on board again so that you can start the Berenloop with sufficient fuel. On Monday morning we sail back to Harlingen. In the ship you will find a cozy salon with two large tables surrounded by upholstered benches. The kitchen is well equipped. There are two large catering stoves with 4 burners each, there is a combination oven/microwave, good pans, kitchen tools, sufficient plates, etc. The sanitary facilities consist of two toilets and two spacious showers. The Vriendentrouw is a spacious, practical and warmly decorated ship. You can join us for dinner on Friday or Saturday evening. This costs €15 and can be added during the booking process.
