Inside The house has a comfortable, bright living room and a complete kitchen The spacious living room (25 m²) is warm and cozy with a sitting area overlooking the dune area and a dining area with a large dining table. The large windows facing west provide plenty of light and a beautiful view of the sunset. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a 4-burner gas stove, fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a combination microwave and a washer-dryer. The house has a practical layout with space for the whole family. It has three bedrooms, all on the ground floor: 1 x bedroom with double box spring bed (2x 80 x 200 cm) – 8.9 m² 1 x bedroom with bunk bed, lower bed is box spring (90 x 200 cm) – 5.8 m² 1 x bedroom with bunk bed, lower bed is box spring (90 x 200 cm) – 6.1 m² There are a total of six single duvets available. For the little ones, there is a cot, baby bath and high chair. Bathroom and outdoor area The bathroom is equipped with a shower and sink, and there is a separate toilet. Around the house is a beautiful piece of private dune land, perfect for small and big children to play or for a quiet walk. The two tiled terraces, the front terrace facing west and the side "breakfast" terrace facing southeast, are both furnished with complete garden sets with comfortable adjustable chairs - ideal for relaxing in the sun or shade (parasols available).
