This cozy family home is located in Oosterend, the last village in the middle of the island, the rest of the island is a nature reserve. The North Sea beach is 2 kilometers away and the Wadden Sea is 300 meters away. The family house is suitable for a maximum of 8 people and has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with sink, shower and toilet and 2 bathrooms with sink and toilet. The living room has lovely sofas and 2 armchairs near the cozy wood-burning stove (wood not included, available at the supermarket) and of course a flat screen television. The dining area has a large table for 8 people, the dining room chairs are upholstered and next to the dining area is the open kitchen. The kitchen (new in 2022) is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, combination microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso, coffee maker with thermos, milk frother and air fryer. The bedroom on the ground floor has a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet in the room. The beds are two box spring beds of 80x200. In the hallway downstairs there are two more bathrooms with sink, shower and toilet. On the top floor there are three bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with a bathroom with sink and toilet and 1 of the bedrooms only has a sink. All bedrooms have box spring beds 80x200. There is laminate on the ground floor, except in the kitchen and in the hallway where there are tiles, in the downstairs bedroom there is laminate in the bedrooms and in the upstairs hallway there is PVC. On the north side of the family house there is a terrace where you can sit in the summer, but of course you can also use the many terraces in the sun and shade on the site. Digital information is available in the family home and of course there is free WiFi. The family house is located on the grounds of Residence Close to the Sea. There is a launderette where you can use the washing machine and/or dryer for a fee. You can also order freshly baked rolls every day. Would you rather not carry too much? No problem. There are towels, kitchen towels, sauna sheets and beach towels for rent.
