De Zuidhoek is a 6-person sunny holiday home on Terschelling. It is a semi-detached house built in Terschellinger style, located on the edge of the village of Hoorn. De Zuidhoek is a corner house with a sheltered, sunny garden facing south. The distance to the beach is approximately 1500 meters. Layout of De Zuidhoek: The house is built on 3 floors. You enter the modern, sunny and luxurious living kitchen with TV and audio set through the hall. Music streaming is possible via Bluetooth. There is a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. There is a separate toilet in the hall. On the first floor you will find the attractively furnished living room with gas fireplace, Smart TV, Netflix, radio/CD player and the option to stream your own music via Bluetooth. This living room offers a view of both the Wadden Sea dike and the church of Hoorn. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms. There are two bedrooms with a 1 x 2 person (box spring) bed each and one bedroom with 2 x 1 person (box spring) beds. The beds are 80 x 200 cm. Bathroom with bath, shower and double sink. The entire house has underfloor heating, is finished with beautiful materials and a lot of attention has been paid to the tasteful - not everyday - decor. Of course, Wi-Fi is available. The house is facing south as is the sheltered garden with a 6-person luxury natural stone table and chairs, here you can enjoy yourself in complete freedom. Parasol available. De Zuidhoek is located on the edge of Hoorn, a stone's throw from the nature reserve De Koegelwieck and the Hoornse forest.
