De Zeven Gouden Appels is a sunny 4-person holiday home in Midsland Noord. Directly adjacent to the Landerumerheide and dunes, a large garden and a quiet location with lots of privacy. The house is sustainable, cosy, very comfortable and fully equipped. De Zeven Gouden Appels was built in 1978 and is now a generation further in the family. Since then it has been completely modernized, without changing the atmosphere and character. The typical 1970s tiled floor, the original Pastoe sideboard and dining table go well with the modern Charley armchairs, the cube cabinet and the pendant lamp by Ingo Maurer. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are completely up-to-date and fully equipped. It is suitable for four people and is on one level (no thresholds). The house is also sustainable: it is well insulated and eight solar panels provide the house with green, Terschellinger solar power. The living room has a comfortable sofa, two comfortable chairs and a dining table with four chairs. There is free WiFi and a (smart) TV with Ziggo channel package. If you enter your own login details you can also watch Netflix etc. There are books and games in the cupboard and there is a separate Bose speaker that you can connect to your smartphone. The beautiful Siematic kitchen is equipped with an induction plate, combi oven/microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso machine and toaster. The washing machine and dryer are in a separate room. There are three bedrooms. The largest has a double adjustable Auping bed (extra high) with two separate duvets. The middle room has a single bed with duvet and the front room has a bunk bed. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, the two smaller rooms also have their own sink. A high chair is available for small children. The holiday home has a safe bathroom with shower (thermostat and various handles) and a vanity unit. There is a separate toilet. The hot air heating ensures that the house is up to temperature quickly. The Seven Golden Apples is beautifully situated. Via a semi-paved road you reach the house that borders directly on the heath and the dunes. You park in front of the door. Your back neighbors are a family of pheasants and a curious robin. There is a lot of privacy and you are away from the crowds. All around is a cozy, large garden with a south-facing terrace. You can therefore sit outside at the first ray of sunshine. On the terrace there is a table with four chairs and a parasol. There is a large picnic table in the garden.
