The Seven Golden Apples is a sunny holiday home in Midsland Noord. Directly bordering the Landerumerheide heathland and dunes, the cottage has a large, secluded garden and is quietly situated with plenty of privacy. The house is sustainable, cozy, very comfortable, and fully equipped. It has three bedrooms but is rented for a maximum of four people. The Seven Golden Apples was built in 1978 and has now been in the family for a generation. Since then, it has been fully modernized without altering its atmosphere and character. The typical 1970s tiled floor, the original Pastoe dresser, chairs, and dining table complement the modern Charley armchairs, the cube cabinet, and the Ingo Maurer pendant lamp. The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are fully up-to-date and fully equipped. It is all on one level (no thresholds). The house is also sustainable: it is well-insulated, and eight solar panels provide the Seven Golden Apples with green, Terschelling solar power. The living room features a comfortable sofa, two comfortable chairs, and a dining table with four chairs. There's free Wi-Fi and a (smart) TV with Ziggo channels. If you enter your own login details, you can also watch Netflix, etc. Books and games are stored in the cupboard, and there's a separate Bose speaker that you can connect to your smartphone. The beautiful Siematic kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, combination oven/microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, and toaster. The washing machine and dryer are in a separate room. There are three bedrooms. The largest has a double, adjustable (gas spring) Auping bed (extra high) with two separate duvets. The middle room has an Auping (electrically adjustable) single bed with a duvet, and the front room has a bunk bed. All beds have comfortable mattresses. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, and the two smaller bedrooms also have their own sink. The bedrooms are fitted with mosquito screens. The holiday home has a secure bathroom with a shower (thermostat tap and various handles) and a vanity unit. There is a separate toilet. The hot-air heating is comfortable and ensures the house warms up quickly. De Zeven Gouden Appels is beautifully situated. You reach the house via a semi-paved road, which borders directly on the heathland and dunes. Parking is available right in front of the door. Your neighbors behind are a family of pheasants and a curious robin. There's plenty of privacy and you're completely away from the hustle and bustle. Surrounding the house is a cozy, large garden with a large south-facing terrace. So you can sit outside as soon as the first rays of sunshine appear. On the terrace, there's a table with four chairs, a parasol, and four lounge chairs. There's a large picnic table in the garden.
