De Zeebaars is a 5-person split-level bungalow centrally located on the edge of the Landerumerheide nature reserve. It is situated in the small-scale bungalow park De Bosch, with ample private parking. De Zeebaars is located right at the park entrance and is separated by a beautiful hedge of conifers, providing complete privacy. It is surrounded by a large garden with plenty of sun and shade. De Zeebaars was completely renovated at the end of 2023. Everything was painted, a new floor and kitchen were installed, and all the furniture and beds were replaced. The house has a bright living room with an open kitchen and measures over 25 m². The living room is furnished with two comfortable sofas (one two-seater and one three-seater), several side tables, and a rug. The house has a smart TV with Netflix and ESPN. A Chromecast is also connected, allowing you to stream your own programs if desired. There is a radio with both analog and digital connections, and a USB port. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, combination microwave/oven, citrus juicer, and sandwich toaster. There is ample supply of pans, cutlery, crockery, and other accessories. The dining table seats five. The bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, a double sink with a lighted and heated mirror, a wall-mounted toilet, and a towel radiator. The basement contains two bedrooms. The bedrooms are partially below ground level, ensuring a moderate temperature in both summer and winter. The first bedroom (13 m²) contains a double bed with two single mattresses (choice of a double duvet or two single duvets), a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, and a large built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom contains three large single box-spring beds (90 x 200 cm) and a flat-screen TV. There's also a freestanding wardrobe. The triple-glazed windows are fitted with fly screens. The surrounding garden features a large terrace with garden furniture. There's also a small terrace with a semi-permanent barbecue. There's an outdoor charging station for electric bikes at the bottom of the stairs. The utility room houses the washing machine, dryer, and an extra toilet. An ironing board, iron, and drying rack are also provided. Linens are not provided. You can bring your own or rent them on the island. Pets are not allowed in the Zeebaars.
