Newly built in 2023, this fully self-contained holiday home is situated adjacent to the Boschplaat nature reserve. The house sleeps five people and is built primarily with recycled materials: antique Frisian tiles, old Dutch pans, and antique pine. The house, equipped with all modern conveniences, is beautifully decorated in a country style and is heated by convection heating via a heat pump. The layout of the house is as follows: An entrance hall with a separate toilet and a luxurious bathroom with a shower and sink. The 18m² living room features a dining area with a cozy corner sofa, a table, and two chairs. A beautiful antler lamp hangs above the dining area, and there is a flat-screen TV. A comfortable two-seater sofa and two armchairs are located in the comfortable living room. The open-plan wooden kitchen with a natural stone countertop is equipped with a 4-burner induction cooktop, Quooker, dishwasher, refrigerator, combination microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, and toaster. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom (approx. 8 m²) with two single box-spring beds and a flat-screen TV. There is also a smaller bedroom (approx. 5.4 m²) with a single box-spring bed. A cot can also be placed here. On the first floor, there is a spacious bedroom with two single box-spring beds. A fairly steep staircase leads to this bedroom. It is not suitable for those with limited mobility. The house offers ample opportunities to enjoy the view. There is space for electric bicycles with a charging station and two parking spaces for cars. The sunny terrace is furnished with a lounge set and a patio table.
