De Kotter is a detached holiday home (4 persons) in the dunes near West aan Zee. Situated in one of the most beautiful spots on the island, on a spacious private property with lots of privacy. This typical Terschellinger house is situated on the first row of dunes (approximately 100 meters to the beach) with an adjacent path to the sea. De Kotter has recently been extensively renovated. For example, the entire house has new double glazing, central heating and new furniture. In 2025, the painting work will be completely carried out internally and the bedrooms and hall will have new floors. Layout: entrance, living room (23m2) with patio doors to the terrace, with seating for 4 people with television and radio, living/dining kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle washing machine and dryer (20m2), bathroom with shower, separate toilet, storage room / garage, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with single bed, bedroom with single bed (all bedrooms have a sink with hot water and central heating). There is wifi available as well as a dvd player and a cot with high chair. Terrace with garden furniture is available. Bed linen must be brought by yourself or can be rented via the manager.
