De Duunt is a comfortable and cozy holiday home in the dunes of Midsland aan Zee, a 3-minute walk from the beach. The bright living room (18m²) features a 2-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, and a dining area with 6 seats. The living room has a high beamed ceiling and French doors opening onto the sunny south-facing terrace. This overlooks the spacious dune area near the house, where pheasants and rabbits often roam. There is an enclosed kitchen with a 6-burner gas stove including an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, and a Nespresso machine. There are three bedrooms, each with a washbasin, built-in wardrobe, and good beds. There is a bedroom with a double bed (180x200), a bedroom with 2 single beds, and the last bedroom has a bunk bed. There is room for a cot next to the bunk bed (travel cot with extra mattress available). Furthermore, there is a spacious shower and a separate toilet. A washing machine and dryer are available in the shed. The spacious, sheltered terrace faces south and features a patio table and 6 chairs. There is a canopy by the French doors where you can quickly enjoy being outdoors in the shade. From the terrace, you can slide down to the garden. Here, there are two hammocks for warm days and balmy evenings. A public charging station is a 3-minute walk away.
