This charming detached holiday home is peacefully situated adjacent to the Landerumer Heide, a beautiful nature reserve with heathland, dunes, and forests, home to large grazing animals. From there, you can walk 1.5 km to Midsland aan Zee. The bungalow is centrally located on the island, making it about a 20-minute bike ride to West Terschelling or Oosterend. The charming village of Midsland (where you'll find a supermarket, shops, cafés, and restaurants) is within walking distance. The holiday home (65m²) is on one level and features a sunny terrace with garden furniture for 5 people. The spacious garden of approximately 400m² offers plenty of privacy and tranquility. There is a variety of comfortable garden furniture (including a large Fatboy hammock) for enjoying the (first) rays of sunshine or seeking shade. A gas barbecue is available for use. Children's toys are stored in the shed, and there is a ping-pong table and trampoline. Electric bicycles can also be charged in the shed. The cozy living room is approximately 24 m² and features a comfortable sofa and two armchairs. There's a wood-burning stove (please bring your own wood), Wi-Fi, a smart TV with internet access, Netflix, etc. (you'll need to use your own account). (Comic) books, toys, and games are provided. The kitchen/diner is fully equipped, including a retro dining table with 5 chairs, a combination oven/microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer, a regular coffee maker, a Nespresso machine with milk frother, and various other SMEG kitchen appliances (citrus juicer, immersion blender, toaster, etc.). A Stokke high chair and a (folding) Stokke baby bath are also provided. The small bathroom was renovated in 2024 and has a shower, toilet, and sink. A washing machine, dryer, and iron are available for use. There are three bedrooms. The beds, mattresses, duvets, and pillows have all been recently replaced and are of good quality. The bedrooms are arranged as follows: 1. 1 x French bed 145 x 195 cm / choice of double duvet or 2 x single duvets (bedroom size approx. 6 m²) 2. 2 x single beds 80 x 200 cm (bedroom size 10 m²) 3. Bunk bed 2 x single beds 80 x 190 cm (bedroom size approx. 4 m²). Please note: the bunk bed is mainly suitable for children or a small adult. All bedrooms have a sink. A cot (with an extra mattress) is also available.
