You can walk straight into the forest from the house. The dunes, sea, beach and mudflats are approximately 1.5 km away. Around the house there is a large lawn surrounded by trees and the grounds can be closed with a fence. The cozy living room is approximately 16 m2 and has two armchairs, a rattan chair, an upholstered 2-seater sofa and a dining area with four chairs. The French doors in the living room provide access to the sunny west-facing terrace. The separate kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner hob, refrigerator, coffee maker, combination microwave and electric kettle. The three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, 1 bedroom is adjacent to the living room.
