Apartment Medius is a beautiful 4-person apartment with a central, south-facing terrace overlooking the garden and playground. The Medius kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, combination microwave, and a fridge/freezer. The bathroom with shower and toilet has underfloor heating. Bedroom 1 has two single box-spring beds that can be easily pushed together and connected if desired. This bedroom can accommodate a cot. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Both bedrooms have a washbasin. Medius benefits from a hallway between the living room/kitchen and the bedrooms, which minimizes noise transmission. All 4 apartments offer the same amenities, including HD TV, free Wi-Fi, and a dishwasher. The bathrooms have recently been fully renovated and feature underfloor heating. Insect screens have been installed on all windows. There is a covered bicycle shed where you can charge an electric bicycle. There is also a laundry room where you can do your laundry and drying for a small fee. There are also plenty of clotheslines available. Hoeve Stortum is very suitable for families with children, as it has a large playground on the south side with a trampoline, sandbox, and soccer field. New certified playground equipment was installed in 2016. There is also a variety of outdoor toys for all ages. The playground is ideally situated so that the south-facing terraces are not affected, while parents can still keep an eye on their children. Hoeve Stortum is suitable for people with disabilities, as everything is on one level. Hoeve Stortum is not suitable for people with disabilities. It does not rent to groups of young people.
