Unobstructed view over the south and 150 meters from the North Sea beach via a quiet dune path. Spacious living room of 27m2 with tiled floor, 3-seater sofa and a 2-seater sofa, an armchair, TV, fireplace, DVD player, radio and CD player, wifi and central heating. Pets are allowed. A maximum of two and in consultation. A table with six leather chairs by the patio doors to the terrace and the fully equipped kitchen with 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, oven, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, juicer, blender and kettle. In the hall is a separate toilet. There are two bathrooms. A bathroom on the ground floor with bath, walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The second bathroom is on the first floor with shower, toilet and sink. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. 1. 18 m2 double bed with 2 x single beds, adjacent to the bathroom. 2. 10.65 m2 2 x 1 person bed with sink hot and cold water. On the first floor the third bedroom. 3. 22 m2 2 x single beds with washbasin hot and cold water. There is a tiled floor in the downstairs bedroom and a PVC floor on the first floor. There are 6 single duvets. There is a cot, high chair and playpen available. In the separate utility room is a washing machine, dryer, freezer and an iron and ironing board. There are two sheltered terraces on the south and west with garden furniture and a parasol. There is also a storage room of 4.5 m2. There is a private parking space at the bottom of the dune.
