Fit & Vitaal small group training
We start with a lesson for people who are less fit and / or have a limited condition. If you have physical complaints, you will soon start exercising less. Often to avoid pain. Often that is precisely what you are helping your body with. But what then? In this lesson we ensure that your muscle strength does not decrease and your fitness increases. Exercising once or twice a week is sufficient for that. You exercise in a small group with extra guidance. Individual complaints and limitations are taken into account.
