Onder de Pannen is a bustling gastro bar on the edge of Midsland and has become a permanent address for many. You can go there for a snack, but also enjoy an extensive dinner, with matching wine from the climate cabinet. Much is cooked with local ingredients and there are various island delicacies on the menu. There is the côte de boeuf for two people (if available from the islander Hereford), there is a fish tasting from the island and you can enjoy the delicious Terschellinger tiramisu. Can't choose from the map? Then go for the four-course Tasting Menu, which is served outside the menu. Onder de Pannen has its own vegetable garden, where all kinds of vegetables and herbs are grown.
